ശ്രീനഗര്‍: കാശ്മീരിലെ പൂഞ്ച് ജില്ലയില്‍ ട്രക്കിന് തീപിടിച്ച് അഞ്ച് സൈനികര്‍ മരിച്ച സംഭവം ഭീകരാക്രമണമെന്ന് സൈന്യം. ട്രക്കിന് തീപിടിച്ചത് ഗ്രനേഡ് അക്രമണത്തിലൂടെയാണെന്ന് സൈന്യം അറിയിച്ചു.
വ്യാഴാഴ്ച ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 3.15 ഓടെയായിരുന്നു സംഭവം. ഭിംബര്‍ ഗലിയില്‍ നിന്ന് പൂഞ്ചിലെ സങ്കിയറ്റിലേക്ക് പോകുകയായിരുന്ന വാഹനമാണ് ഗ്രനേഡ് ആക്രമത്തില്‍
കത്തിയമര്‍ന്നത്. ഇടിമിന്നലേറ്റതിനെത്തുടര്‍ന്ന് വാഹനത്തിന് തീപടര്‍ന്നെന്നായിരുന്നു നേരത്തെ വന്നിരുന്ന റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുകള്‍.

അജ്ഞാതരായ ഭീകരര്‍ നടത്തിയ വെടിവെപ്പില്‍ അഞ്ച് സൈനികര്‍ കൊല്ലപ്പെടുകയും ഒരാള്‍ക്ക് പരിക്കേല്‍ക്കുകയും ചെയ്തതായി സൈനിക ആസ്ഥാനമായ നോര്‍ത്തേണ്‍ കമാന്‍ഡിന്റെ പ്രസ്താവനയില്‍ പറയുന്നു. പരിക്കേറ്റയാളെ ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും ഭീകരവിരുദ്ധ വിഭാഗത്തിലെ സൈനികരാണ് കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടതെന്നും സൈന്യം അറിയിച്ചു.
