ടെല്‍ അവീവ്: ജുഡീഷ്യല്‍ പരിഷ്‌കരണ ബില്ലിനെതിരെ ഇസ്രഈലില്‍ പ്രക്ഷോഭം ശക്തം. പ്രതിഷേധവുമായി ജറുസലേമിലും ടെല്‍ അവീവിലും ആയിരങ്ങള്‍ തെരുവിലിറങ്ങി. പൊലീസുമായുള്ള സംഘര്‍ഷത്തില്‍ നിരവധി പേര്‍ക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റിട്ടുണ്ട്. ബില്ലിനെതിരെ സുപ്രീം കോടതിയില്‍ അപ്പീല്‍ നല്‍കുമെന്ന് രാഷ്ട്രീയ നിരീക്ഷക സംഘടനകള്‍ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
രാജ്യത്തെ പ്രധാന ഹൈവേകള്‍ ഉപരോധിച്ചാണ് പ്രക്ഷോഭം. ആയിരങ്ങള്‍ പ്രതിഷേധിച്ച് തെരുവിലിറങ്ങുന്നതിന്റെ വീഡിയോ ദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ ട്വിറ്റര്‍ അടക്കമുള്ള സമൂഹ മാധ്യമങ്ങളില്‍ പ്രചരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ടെല്‍ അവീവില്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം നടന്ന പ്രതിഷേധത്തില്‍ 18 അറസ്റ്റുകള്‍ നടന്നെന്ന് പൊലീസിനെ ഉദ്ധരിച്ച് ദി ടൈംസ് ഓഫ് ഇസ്രാഈല്‍ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്തു.

കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ഇസ്രാഈല്‍ നിയമനിര്‍മാണ സഭയില്‍ ബില്ല് പാസായിരുന്നു.
പ്രതിപക്ഷ എം.പിമാര്‍ വോട്ടെടുപ്പ് ബഹിഷ്‌കരിച്ചതോടെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ബെഞ്ചമിന്‍ നെതന്യാഹുവിന്റെ ഭരണകക്ഷിയായ കടുത്ത വലതുപക്ഷ സഖ്യത്തില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള 64 അംഗങ്ങളും ബില്ലിനെ അനുകൂലിച്ചു.

പ്രതിഷേധങ്ങള്‍ക്കിടയിലും നിയമവുമായി മുന്നോട്ട് പോകാനാണ് ഇസ്രാഈല്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ തീരുമാനും. വോട്ടര്‍മാരുടെ ഇഷ്ടം നിറവേറ്റുകയാണ് പുതിയ ബില്ലിലൂടെ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് നെതന്യാഹു തിങ്കളാഴ്ച രാജ്യത്തെ അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ട് പറഞ്ഞു. ജനാധിപത്യം നീക്കങ്ങളിലൂടെയാണ് ബില്ല് പാസാക്കുന്നതെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്തു.

നീതിന്യായ സംവിധാനത്തിന്റെ അധികാരം പരിമിതപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്
നെതന്യാഹു സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ കൊണ്ടുവരുന്ന ബില്ല്. ബില്ല് പാസായാല്‍ മന്ത്രിമാരുടെ തീരുമാനങ്ങള്‍ റദ്ദാക്കാനുള്ള സുപ്രീംകോടതിയുടെ അധികാരം എടുത്തുകളയും. ഇതോടെ അഴിമതിയും അയോഗ്യരായ വ്യക്തികളെ പ്രധാന സ്ഥാനങ്ങളില്‍ നിയമിക്കുന്നതും തടയുന്നതിന് സുപ്രീംകോടതിക്കുള്ള അധികാരം ഇല്ലാതാകും എന്നാണ് പ്രക്ഷോഭകര്‍ പറയുന്നത്.
