അബുദാബി: ഏഷ്യാകപ്പ് സെമിഫൈനലിനിടെ ഖത്തര്‍ കളിക്കാരോട് മോശമായി പെരുമാറിയ എമറാത്തി ആരാധകര്‍ക്കെതിരെ ഫുട്‌ബോള്‍ ലോകം. സോഷ്യല്‍ മീഡിയയിലൂടെ ആയിരുന്നു പ്രതിഷേധം. ഖത്തര്‍ ദേശീയ ഗാനത്തിനിടെ ബഹളം വെച്ചതും കളിക്കാര്‍ക്കുനേരെ ഷൂവും വാട്ടര്‍ ബോട്ടിലുമെറിഞ്ഞതാണ് പ്രതിഷേധത്തിനിടയാക്കിയതാണ്. യു.എ.ഇ. ഫുട്‌ബോളിന്റെ മാന്യത മറന്നെന്നാണ് ആരോപണം.
ഖത്തര്‍ ഓരോ ഗോള്‍ നേടുമ്പോഴും എമിറാത്തി ആരാധകര്‍ മോശമായി പെരുമാറുന്നത് ദൃശ്യങ്ങളില്‍ വ്യക്തമായിരുന്നു. ചെകുത്താന്‍മാര്‍ ഒരിക്കലും ജയിക്കില്ലെന്നാണ് ഒരു ട്വീറ്റ്.
ഖത്തറിന്റെ രണ്ടാം ഗോള്‍ നേടിയ അലിയെ അധിക്ഷേപിച്ചതും പ്രതിഷേധത്തിനിടയാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. “വേശ്യ”യുടെ മകനെന്നാണ് അല്‍ മുഈസ് അലിയെ എമറാത്തികള്‍ വിളിച്ചത്.
